A1 Polyplast began its operations in rotational molding with the production of high-performance water storage tanks under the Cooltex brand. From the outset, the organization focused on disciplined manufacturing practices, process stability, and consistent product quality, establishing a strong technical foundation in rotational molding.

To strengthen material control and production reliability, the company expanded into polymer granule processing and pulverizing operations. This vertical integration enabled tighter control over raw material specifications, improved batch consistency, and enhanced overall process efficiency.

Building on these capabilities, A1 Polyplast progressed into custom manufacturing, job work, and application-specific engineering solutions. Today, we collaborate closely with customers to analyze functional requirements, develop optimized designs, and deliver end-to-end rotational molding solutions - from concept validation to scalable production.
